Then we come to you and take photos of the selected area and consult with you to learn about you and your current lifestyle and how you envision the future. Now is the time to share with us your “wish list”! We’ll listen to your ideas, help you visualize the possibilities, and incorporate them in a way to best complement your home. And we’ll structure your custom design and budget study with the option of building everything now or phasing your installation over time. All of our estimates include a detailed list of materials, services covered, and our exclusive warranty terms. There will be no surprises.
CUSTOM INSTALLATION
STEP 2
Unlike our competitors, once you’re ready to make your design a reality, we create your 3D design from the photos we took so you can see what your home will look like before its even started. After you approve, we’ll make all the arrangements for your custom installation. We coordinate with your local township to procure any necessary permits or engineering plans and handle inspections if needed. Next, our experienced team provides the workmanship and knowledge necessary to bring your plan to life! We complete your excavation, soil preparation, hardscaping, landscape lighting, planting, and much more. And you’ll find our employees knowledgeable, courteous, and committed to your complete satisfaction.
MAINTENANCE
STEP 3
Our commitment to you doesn’t end when your installation is complete. We offer a final walkthrough meeting when we’ll explain how to care for your new plants and landscaping services and what you can expect in the future. We’ll also address any questions or concerns you may have and review your warranty including which items have a lifetime guarantee. Additionally, many of our clients ask us to provide annual or bi-annual maintenance service to keep their properties looking exceptional. And we’re always here if you decide to add on to your project or if you just need some friendly advice.
